I love capturing the quiet cuddles, tiny fingers and toes, sleepy stretches, little details and the incredible connection between you and your new baby. Whether it’s the way they curl into your arms, the way you look at them, or those beautiful moments of family connection, I’m here to document it all in a way that feels natural, gentle and true to you.
These photographs become more than just beautiful images. They become treasured memories of those early days the overwhelming love, the tiny details and the feeling of having your baby so small and close. A little piece of this chapter to hold onto forever.

these newborn sessions are baby-led and gently paced,
allowing plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and settling.
We’ll spend up to 1.5 - 2.5 hours together capturing natural,
heartfelt moments with your newest addition.
Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home,
outdoors, or we can hire a studio at your cost if you prefer.
The focus is on documenting your baby just as they are tiny
details, soft snuggles, and the connection with your family
in a relaxed and timeless way.
My Approach
My newborn sessions are gentle, natural, and never overly posed.
I’m not here to place your baby into perfect positions or create moments that don’t feel like you. Instead, I gently guide you through the session, allowing space for the cuddles, little movements, sleepy stretches, tiny details, and all those in-between moments that make this season yours.
Sometimes that might mean focusing on just you and your baby the way they fit so perfectly in your arms, their tiny fingers wrapped around yours, or the quiet moments between feeds and cuddles. Other times, we’ll bring the whole family in and capture the connection between everyone.
I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, but there is never pressure to perform or pose perfectly. You simply get to slow down, be present with your baby, and let me document the beauty of this little chapter as it naturally unfolds.
My goal is for your gallery to feel like you honest, connected, warm and full of the little moments you’ll want to remember long after those newborn days have passed.

WHAT TO EXPECT
People don’t come to me to be styled into something they’re not. They come to be met exactly where they are.
I pay attention to the small things most people miss. The way someone softens when they finally feel comfortable. The way a hand instinctively rests over a growing belly. The way silence can say more than direction ever could.
My work isn’t about directing every detail—it’s about noticing you. Really noticing you. Creating a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform confidence, or try to “get it right.”
I guide gently, but I listen more than I speak. I watch for the moments that are already happening on their own, and I make room for them to unfold without interruption.
People often tell me they forget the camera is there. That they felt calm. Understood. Unrushed. Like they could just exist without being shaped into something else.
That’s what I aim for every time: not just to photograph how someone looks, but to reflect back how they felt in a way that feels honest, familiar, and deeply seen.

Choosing Your Location
For newborn sessions, my in-home sessions take place on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am, making the most of the beautiful natural light in your home. There’s something so special about documenting your baby in the place where these first memories are being made.
For babies over 4 weeks old, we can also take the session outdoors if you’d prefer a more natural setting. If you love the studio look, a studio can also be hired at your own cost.
Wherever we choose to photograph, I’ll help guide you through the process and make sure the space works beautifully with my style soft, natural, relaxed and centred around your baby and your family.
The location isn’t about finding the most perfect or popular place. It’s about finding somewhere that feels right for you, your baby and the kind of memories you want to hold onto.

Your newborn session includes complimentary access to my carefully curated wardrobe for mum, along with a beautiful collection of newborn outfits, wraps and little details that I’ll bring along to your session.
For mums, each piece has been thoughtfully chosen for its timeless, natural feel and the way it moves and photographs beautifully in soft, natural light. I want you to feel comfortable, confident and completely yourself.
For your little one, I’ll bring everything we need for those sweet, detailed images from soft wraps and simple outfits to the little touches that help bring your gallery together.
Before your session, we’ll chat about your style, your home and the overall feeling you want from your images. I’ll help you choose what feels right, so there’s no pressure to figure it all out yourself.
The goal is simple you arrive with your baby, and I’ll take care of the rest.

PAYMENT PLANS
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to
make booking easier and more accessible. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into scheduled payments leading up to your session.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Turnaround time depends on the type of
session. Standard sessions are typically
delivered within 4-6 weeks, and
weddings within 8 weeks. You’ll
receive a private online gallery where you
can download and share your images.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
I do not provide RAW files to clients, as they do not reflect the final quality of my work. RAW files are unedited, straight from the camera sensor and require professional editing to reach their full
potential. By delivering only the finished, edited images, I ensure you receive high-quality photos that showcase my artistic style and expertise.”
TRAVEL FEES?
Travel within Richmond is included at
no additional cost. For locations
beyond Richmond, a travel fee of $1
per kilometre (round trip) will apply.
This will be calculated from Richmond
to your session location and added to
your booking.
CLIENT WARDROBE?
I have a curated client wardrobe available
for mums and babies to make styling your
session easy and stress-free. Baby pieces
range from size 00000 through to size 4. If
you’re looking for options for older
children, just ask I’m happy to share
what I currently have available.
WHEN TO BOOK?
As soon as possible. I often book out well
in advance, so securing your session early
is recommended to ensure availability
around your preferred timeframe.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK OUR NEWBORN SESSION?
I recommend booking your newborn session during pregnancy so we can secure a spot around your due date. Once your little one arrives, we’ll choose the exact session date together. I generally photograph newborns within the first few weeks, but there is no strict age limit beautiful, meaningful photos can be captured at any stage.
DO YOU POSE THE BABY?
My approach is gentle and baby-led. I keep posing simple and natural, focusing on your baby’s little details, your connection and the moments that happen naturally.
DO YOU PROVIDE OUTFITS?
Yes. I have a curated collection of beautiful, neutral pieces available for mum and baby. You’re also welcome to wear your own clothing.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Soft neutrals, creams, whites, beige and earthy tones photograph beautifully. I’ll also send through styling guidance before your session to make choosing outfits easy.
DO WE NEED TO HAVE OUR HOUSE PERFECTLY CLEAN?
Absolutely not. Please don’t stress about this. Your home is allowed to look like a home especially with a newborn. I’ll work with the light and spaces that photograph beautifully.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BABY IS UNSETTLED?
We slow down and follow their lead. Feeding, cuddling, changing and settling are all part of the session. There is never any pressure to rush your baby.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Your final gallery will be delivered within my stated turnaround time after your session. You’ll also receive sneak peeks first, so you won’t have to wait too long to see a little glimpse.
CAN WE PURCHASE MORE IMAGES?
Absolutely. Your session includes a set number of professionally edited images, with the option to purchase additional images or upgrade your gallery once you’ve seen your photographs.
WHAT IF WE DON'T FEEL CAMERA-READY?
You have just had a baby you don’t need to feel perfect. My approach is relaxed and natural, capturing you as you are. The tired cuddles, tiny hands, sleepy moments and all the love in between.
If you feel like you’re not ready, that’s completely okay too. We can easily move your date. Your healing and feeling like yourself again will always be my priority.
CAN SIBLINGS BE INCLUDED?
Absolutely. Siblings are such an important part of your family story and are very welcome to be included.
