Brittany is the best photographer! I have never had a photography session before but I really wanted to capture my first pregnancy with a maternity session. I fell in love with Brittany’s work straight away. Brittany is so verbal about how passionate she is about her work which is so amazing, She has a natural skill of capturing bittersweet moments and bringing your vision to life. I know it can feel awkward having someone take photos of you but Brittany makes you so comfortable. I just got sent my gallery from my photoshoot and I have to purchase all of them because honestly every single photo Brittany takes is so beautiful and special. People don’t come to me to be styled into something they’re not. They come to be met exactly where they are.
I pay attention to the small things most people miss. The way someone softens when they finally feel comfortable. The way a hand instinctively rests over a growing belly. The way silence can say more than direction ever could.
My work isn’t about directing every detail—it’s about noticing you. Really noticing you. Creating a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform confidence, or try to “get it right.”
I guide gently, but I listen more than I speak. I watch for the moments that are already happening on their own, and I make room for them to unfold without interruption.
People often tell me they forget the camera is there. That they felt calm. Understood. Unrushed. Like they could just exist without being shaped into something else.
That’s what I aim for every time: not just to photograph how someone looks, but to reflect back how they felt in a way that feels honest, familiar, and deeply seen.

Choosing the right location is an important part of your experience, and it's something we'll decide together. Over the years, I've carefully trialled and tested locations across Sydney and the Hawkesbury to find places that feel warm, inviting, and naturally beautiful.
I don't just choose a location because it's popular I choose it because it photographs beautifully, suits the light, and creates a relaxed space where you can simply be yourselves. Every session is different, and I'll recommend a location that complements your story and the feeling you want your images to have.

Your maternity session includes complimentary access to my carefully curated client wardrobe, available exclusively for mums-to-be at no extra cost.
Each piece has been thoughtfully chosen for its timeless style, beautiful movement, and the way it photographs in natural light. Designed to flatter your growing bump while helping you feel comfortable and confident, the collection takes the stress out of deciding what to wear.
Before your session, we'll chat about your style, your chosen location, and the look you love. I'll help you select a dress that feels like you, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the experience.

PAYMENT PLANS
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to
make booking easier and more accessible. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance can be split into scheduled payments leading up to your session.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Turnaround time depends on the type of
session. Standard sessions are typically
delivered within 6 weeks, and
weddings/events within 8 weeks. You’ll
receive a private online gallery where you
can download and share your images.
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
I do not provide RAW files to clients, as they do not reflect the final quality of my work. RAW files are unedited, straight from the camera sensor and require professional editing to reach their full
potential. By delivering only the finished, edited images, I ensure you receive high-quality photos that showcase my artistic style and expertise.”
TRAVEL FEES?
Travel within Richmond is included at
no additional cost. For locations
beyond Richmond, a travel fee of $1
per kilometre (round trip) will apply.
This will be calculated from Richmond
to your session location and added to
your booking.
CLIENT WARDROBE?
I have a curated client wardrobe available
for mums and babies to make styling your
session easy and stress-free. Baby pieces
range from size 00000 through to size 4. If
you’re looking for options for older
children, just ask I’m happy to share
what I currently have available.
WHEN TO BOOK?
As soon as possible. I often book out well
in advance, so securing your session early
is recommended to ensure availability
around your preferred timeframe.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK MY MATERNITY SESSION?
generally recommend booking your session around 30+ weeks, when your bump is beautifully visible but you’re hopefully still feeling comfortable enough to enjoy your session.
DO YOU HELP WITH OUTFIT CHOICES?
Absolutely. Before your session, we’ll chat about what you’re drawn to, the location and the overall feel you want. I’ll help you put everything together so you can arrive feeling confident and comfortable.
DO I NEED PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKEUP?
Not at all. You can absolutely have your hair and makeup done if it makes you feel good, but you don’t need to look overly made-up. I want you to still look and feel like yourself.
WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT IN MY BODY RIGHT NOW?
You’re not expected to feel perfect. Pregnancy can bring so many changes, and my approach is to photograph you with care — the strength, softness, connection and beauty of this season without asking you to be anything other than yourself.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
I keep a close eye on the forecast and will always prioritise your comfort and the quality of your images. If the weather isn’t suitable, we’ll work together to find another date.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH PARTNERS AND CHILDREN TOO?
Yes. Your maternity session can be about more than just your bump. I love capturing the connection between you, your partner and your children and documenting this little chapter before your baby arrives.
